cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, was notified yesterday that Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26p per Ordinary Share from her direct holding in the Company into her SiPP.

Following the transaction, Lyn and Ronald Duncan and associated family's total interest in the Company remains at 21,083,624 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.39 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
