The Company announces that it has been notified that yesterday, David Holloway, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 33p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, David Holloway's holding in the Company has increased to 8,842,181 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.0% of the Company's current issued share capital.
