cloudBuy, the global provider of cloud-based eCommerce marketplaces and B2B buyer and supplier solutions, was notified on 10 January 2020, that Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer and Ronald Duncan, Chairman sold 11,131,874 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of  0.414p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, joint interest of Lyn Duncan and Ronald Duncan in the Company is reduced to 7,156,107 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.49 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
