cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, announces that it was notified on 5 October 2015 that Ronald Duncan, Chairman of cloudBuy, has purchased 50,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 15.4 pence per share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following the purchase, the voting interest of Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family is 18,487,981 shares, representing approximately 15.0% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
