The Company announces that it has been notified that today, Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each at a price of 26p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Lyn and Ronald Duncan and associated family's total interest in the Company has increased to 21,093,624 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.39% of the Company's current issued share capital.
